About Us

At EverGrow Behavior Solutions we utilize the evidence-based practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a treatment scientifically proven to have the most effective results for helping children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders, achieve success.

 

From intake to starting services, our family-supported approach requires ongoing collaborative communication among our team and your family. Kayla Perry, M.S., BCBA, LBA the founder and owner of EverGrow Behavior Solutions is a Board-Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who will be there to answer any questions you have throughout the entire process.

EverGrow Behavior Solutions consists of dedicated Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians who are all credentialed through the Board Analyst Certification Board. The staff are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to make a difference in every individual who we encounter. 

Kayla Perry, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Founder & Owner, EverGrow Behavior Solutions

Kayla Perry, the founder and owner of EverGrow Behavior Solutions is a Board Certified  and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She graduated from Simmons College with a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and achieved two undergraduate Bachelors Degrees in Communicative Disorders and Human Development and Family Studies.

 

During the spring of 2007, Kayla began her journey by working as a one-to-one home-based worker with special needs children. From her first experience, Kayla enjoyed making a positive difference in the lives of others. She continued to work in the field with different organizations and gained valuable experience with every client she encountered. Kayla founded EverGrow Behavior Solutions to continue to make a difference in individuals’ lives.

 

EverGrow Behavior Solutions was founded in October 2013 to address the limited services that are available to individuals with special needs. EverGrow Behavior Solutions assesses each person individually and does not use “assumptions” based on the diagnosis.

Sarah Clarke, MA, BCBA, LBA

Director of Home-based Services

Sarah Clarke is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She graduated from Salve Regina University with her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Previously, she achieved an undergraduate Bachelor degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Developmental Psychology, from Boston's Emmanuel College.

Sarah has over ten years of experience working with children and adolescents with special needs in a variety of settings, including school, hospital, and home-based programs. Sarah joined EverGrow Behavior Solutions from its origin as a Registered Behavior Technician, and now continues to strive to help children and their families as a BCBA. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, traveling, and being a mom. 

Amy Bayer, MA, BCBA, LBA

Amy Bayer is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She graduated from Salve Regina University with her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Previously, she achieved an undergraduate Bachelor degree from Johnson and Wales.

Amy has been working in the field for over ten years . Amy has worked at different companies and  joined EverGrow Behavior Solutions from its origin as a Registered Behavior Technician, and now continues to strive to help children and their families as a BCBA. Amy enjoys making a difference in her client's life and watching them grow and succeed. 
In her free time, Amy enjoys cooking, taking her dogs for walks, and going on hikes. 

Rebecca Jendzejec, MA, BCBA, LBA

Rebecca Jendzejec is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She graduated from Salve Regina University with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption University. 

Rebecca has over 10-years of experience working with children and adolescents with special needs in a variety of settings including school and home-based programs. She started working with EverGrow Behavior Solutions as a Registered Behavior Technician and is now a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst within our home-based program. In her free time, you can catch Rebecca at the beach or at the gym. 

Kelsey Cronin, MA, BCBA, LBA

Kelsey Cronin is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She graduated from Simmons College with a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Previously, she achieved an undergraduate Bachelor degree in English, with a concentration in Psychology, from Central Connecticut State University.

 

Kelsey has over six years of experience working with children and adolescents with special needs in a variety of settings including school and home-based programs. Kelsey joined EverGrow Behavior Solutions in 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician, and now continues to strive to help children and their families as a BCBA. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family & friends, and summers in Newport.
